Run a live online lesson right on the volleyball court

A regulation volleyball court becomes a live classroom: students join with no account via a code, see every move the coach makes in real time, and respond right on the board. Change a formation — they see it instantly.

Interactive 2D volleyball court in PAIDEIA WORLD — 5-1 formation, drawing tools and exercise library

The coach's working interface: 5-1 rotation, attack zones, drawing tools and exercise library — on a real volleyball court.

The problem isn't too few tools.
It's that there are five different ones.

Today a coach explains tactics with a marker on a plastic board, plays a clip on YouTube in a second tab, sends a PDF playbook nobody opens, and asks the team to "remember the formation" in a group chat. An athlete sees, at most, one of those four artifacts at a time — never all of them together.

The video frame becomes the whiteboard canvas. The coach pauses a game clip and draws the setter's movement right on the frame — with the same tools used on a clean court diagram.

It's the only solution on the market where the video frame and the tactical board are the same tool, not two separate apps you have to switch between.

A live lesson — not a recording

The coach changes a formation — students see the change in sync, with no account of their own, via a lesson join code. Pause a match clip, draw the setter's movement right on the frame, switch back to a clean court diagram — students watch all of it alongside the coach, within one live session.

01

Online class, nothing to install

A student opens a link and instantly sees the coach's court. No sign-up, no app to download, no interface to learn.

02

Exercise builder

A combination built during the lesson can be saved to a library and attached to a training program — no need to re-explain the formation every time.

03

Preparing a breakdown

Upload match video ahead of time — AI prepares ball trajectories and player heatmaps you can show the class live during the lesson.

How this is different from the market

The market splits into isolated categories. Professional analytics platforms offer powerful video analysis but no whiteboard and no lesson delivery — you need a dedicated analyst on staff. Video-drawing tools only mark up a frame and export a clip, with no tactical board and no broadcast to students. Tactical board apps are a static 2D layout with no video and no live sync.
