PAIDEIA WORLD · 3D Exercise Constructor
PAIDEIA WORLD
Not just a list of exercises — you see what's actually working

A programme builder where you see every muscle, not just an exercise name

A coach builds a session from the exercise library — and Paideia's branded 3D mannequin immediately shows which muscle is primary, which is a synergist, and which works as a stabilizer. The mannequin is stylized and faceless — a deliberate brand choice, not a placeholder.

One exercise — see exactly what's working

Switch the exercise — the mannequin shows which muscles are involved and in what role.

Squat Sample · illustrative diagram
Primary muscle (agonist) — the main source of force
Synergist — assists in performing the movement
Stabilizer — holds posture, doesn't generate the main force
Quads, glutes — agonists. Core — stabilizer.

The diagram is simplified and educational — not an anatomically precise medical illustration.

How a programme is built

A coach picks exercises from the library — filtered by muscle group, equipment, or difficulty level. Every exercise is already tagged: which of the ~40–50 named muscle meshes are involved and in what role, based on Z-Anatomy anatomical data (CC-licensed, BodyParts3D data).

Step 1

Choose an exercise

Filter by muscle group, equipment (or none), difficulty level

Step 2

Check on the mannequin

The coach sees agonist/synergist/stabilizer before adding the exercise to the programme

Step 3

Build the week

Exercises are grouped into days and weeks — the constructor checks load balance across muscle groups

Step 4

Assign to a group

The finished programme is assigned to a team or individual athlete through the platform

Why the mannequin is faceless

An abstract, stylized mannequin in Paideia's brand colours with a volleyball logo is a deliberate choice, not a technical limitation. It doesn't depict a specific person, works equally for any age or gender, and doesn't distract the coach from what matters — which muscle is working and how.

01Universality. One mannequin works for demonstrating to any athlete in the academy, regardless of age or gender
02Focus on the muscle, not the body. No face or appearance details removes anything that distracts from the learning task
03Brand identity. The colours and volleyball logo make the mannequin part of Paideia's visual language, not a generic stock model

How this differs from what's out there

CategoryWhat it offers
Text-only exercise descriptionsA name and instructions — the coach has to picture which muscles work themselves
Generic fitness appsReady-made videos "for everyone" — no muscle-role tagging and no volleyball-specific link
Professional medical softwareAnatomically precise, but overly complex and not built for a coaching audience
3D Exercise Constructor by PaideiaExercise library + branded mannequin with muscle roles, built into programme creation

Important. The mannequin is an educational tool for coaches — a simplified diagram, not an anatomically precise medical model.
