PAIDEIA WORLD
Not diagnosis. A 9-month mindful posture programme

Teen posture you can watch change, not just assess once

Strong Spine Programme is an educational wellness programme for teens aged 14–17: 108 sessions over 9 months, three sequential phases, and one clear number to track — a Posture Score from 0 to 10. This is not medical diagnosis or treatment — it's a movement-awareness programme built on established sport-science methods.

Posture Score — not a diagnosis, a guide for sessions

One clear number from 0 to 10 that the coach and family see at every check-in — how postural awareness and movement quality change over the programme's 9 months.

Phase 1 · Foundation Sample profile · illustrative data
4.2Posture Score

First check-in session. Baseline postural awareness and mobility are just forming — a starting reference for the programme, not a good/bad score.

Posture Score is an educational wellness metric within the Paideia programme — not a medical diagnosis, not a spinal-curvature angle measurement, and not a substitute for a doctor's examination.

9 months, 3 phases, one 3-1-2 microcycle

The programme is built on a 3-1-2 microcycle: three weeks of building load, one recovery week, then two more blocks of gradually increasing complexity. 108 sessions total, grouped into three sequential phases.

Mo. 1–3

Foundation

Body awareness, baseline mobility, simple movement and breathing patterns

Mo. 4–6

Development

Core stability, symmetry, more complex exercises from the programme library

Mo. 7–9

Integration

Carrying mindful posture into daily and sport movement, cementing the habit

How we track progress

At check-in sessions, a series of photos is taken in standard poses, from which the programme calculates the Posture Score — an educational wellness metric, not a clinical diagnosis. Coach and parent see the same trend on a plain-language dashboard, with no raw medical measurements.

Photo series at check-in

A few standard angles at each check-in point — for comparison, not diagnosis

Posture Score 0–10

One clear trend metric, updated at the programme's check-in sessions

Coach dashboard

Sees the trend by group and by each teen, plans load for the next block

Parent dashboard

Sees their child's trend in plain language — no medical terms, no raw numbers

100+ programme exercises

The exercise library is built for the programme's three phases and only available within it — not a standalone public catalogue. Each exercise is tied to a specific microcycle week and difficulty level, so progress is sequential rather than a random set of movements.

Scientific foundation

The programme is designed from 128 sources and 9 methodologies in sport science and movement pedagogy — this is a foundation for building sessions and microcycles, not a clinical treatment protocol. The approach follows Paideia's overall framework (Bosch, Lloyd & Oliver, Seirul·lo), adapted for mindful posture.

What we deliberately don't do

We don't diagnose. Posture Score is an educational trend metric, not a diagnosis of scoliosis or any other condition.

We don't treat or replace a doctor. The programme is not a medical service; if there are pain symptoms or suspected issues, we refer to a doctor rather than "treating" it ourselves.

We don't measure curvature angles. The photo series is used to compare progress, not for clinical measurements (such as a Cobb angle).

We don't give medical advice. Parent and coach receive plain-language educational feedback, not a medical report.

How this differs from what's out there

CategoryWhat it offers
One-off specialist consultationA single day's assessment — no structured programme of sessions over months
Generic fitness appsOne-size-fits-all workouts — no sequential phases or posture-trend tracking
Medical posture screeningsClinical diagnosis when a condition is suspected — not an educational programme of sessions
Strong Spine Programme by Paideia9 months, 3 phases, 108 sessions, Posture Score with trend, 100+ exercises — an educational programme, not a medical service

Important. Strong Spine Programme is an educational wellness programme, not a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If there are pain symptoms, an injury, or suspected spinal development issues, please see a doctor — the programme is meant to complement medical care, not replace it.
